Fees will be charged to your MyCBE account beginning in October. School fees are due when assigned.
Annual system fees are set each year when the operating budget is passed by the Board of Trustees. To keep fees as low as possible, the CBE is committed to being as efficient as possible in the provision of services. The costs of providing the services include direct labour and supplies, as well as the cost of fee waivers and uncollectible accounts.
It is important to know that we have a waiver process for families who cannot afford to pay the fees.
A student supplies fee applies to all students in Kindergarten through Grade 6. The fee offsets the cost of purchasing supplies like pens, pencils, and erasers so that students have the tools to learn from their first day in class.

Paying for Field Trips
Please note: Field trips are part of classroom instruction and as such are not optional. Students are expected to participate in all field trips and in-school activities as they are part of and support the educational curriculum. Students who are absent during field trip or in school activities are figured in to the initial pricing of a field trip and therefore are still expected to pay, regardless if they are absent on the day of the activity.
